AMLA HAIR OIL FOR HAIR GROWTH

Ever wondered why the Indian women have long silky healthy looking hair ? well guess what i just found out a little secret that i want to share with you. Ever heard of the name AMLA ? WELL IT IS A FRUIT FOUND IN INDIA IT IS ALSO CALLED THE INDIAN GOOSE BERRY. i deceded to do a little research on it so i can give my own opinion of this wonderful fruit.

Sourced from the Indian gooseberry (Emblica officinalis, a tree native to India), amla oil has long been used in Ayuverdic Medicines. Featuring a number of essential fatty acids, amla oil is thought to strengthen the hair follicles and condition the hair. Proponents also claim that amla oil can help treat dry, itchy scalp.i also found out that besides essential fatty acids, amla fruit are high in Vitamin C, flavonoids, polyphenols, and also contain water, protein, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals.

Now lets jump to how the Amla oil is used for the hair, it is usually used as a conditioner after shampooing, massage the oil on your scalp and leave it for at least 15 minutes and rinse off. alternatively you can also use it for your pre-poos and leave it overnight, then you can wash the hair afterward. please note that due to the strong smell of the oil, it is not adviced to use as a leave in conditioner or for styling.

Guess what , since i did not want to loose out on all the benefits this oil gives i went scouting for one and i did find one, oh no thats a lie i actually got myself two of the 200mls lol. well you cant blame me its difficult to find these things in Ghana.
i got the Dabur Amla Oil from an indian small supermarket called Sagaar supermarket Osu.
